I don't think the US government even wants real spying information. They're happy to make up stuff and have the mainstream media parrot it.

In Syria US and other countries are funding Al-Qaeda to brutally rape and murder people and make their kids watch ( http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/06/toddler-forced-to-watch-execution-of-parents-while-chained-by-syrian-rebels/ ) and then do the same to the kids. And they also are the one using chemical weapons.

The US government doesn't care for the truth, they just lie and the mainstream media repeats it.

Considering this spying is actually illegal in the USA, and forcing companies to not be able to talk about it is also illegal, I'd say none. I remember Germany was pissed about the US spying so Obama said, "We'll share the data with you," and now Germany is okay with it.

Russia doesn't like it and their spying network went back to using typewriters.
