Buy a cheapo low spec machine or even a secondhand computer to run the business, cause you dont need top spec of anything for just spreadsheets, accounts, etc etc..

WTF would you need 15k for. The PC I'd build would be 1.2-1.3k tops with monitors, and as customers came in I'd add more and more space to my hosting (MS Azure cloud hosting is pretty cheap to begin with, and scales to infinity)...
