By the diagnostic criteria in the DSM? No, probably not.
While it is true that the DSM doesn't account for psychics who have had their brains cut up so they can be brainwashed by the government, her problems are probably better explained by the surgery and Alliance conditioning than by autism.

I happen to have an advance copy of the DSM Six. Both psychic and lobotomy-induced kung-fu powers are covered.

Summer: "When I was little, I had a feeling that I was going to end up being an actress. I spent a lot of time alone, I was a very shy girl, and I would pretend I was telling someone about this new role that I got. [...] I think that's why I liked dancing. It was a way for me to communicate and show how I really felt without having to connect with anyone."

Monsanto GMO foods cause DNA damage and birth defects and everyone who eats it is going to die off whereas Amish don't do GMO so yes Amish is safest. Amish also aren't into weapons of mass destruction like nukes, virii, etc. which is how life could end.

Genetic modification isn't harmful on its own. Programming corn to produce insecticides is. But Hopefully the Amish god will murder a shit ton of us soon so we don't need such high crop yields.
Judgement Day.
