I am wondering, do actors in movies, who only appear as a photograph depicting a character in a movie get paid as much as a speaking or acting role? For instance, the character of Karen in the movie, The Minus Man. How do these actors get paid, since there is no acting involved.

The creative industries have pricing guides, and the theatrical arts typically also have collective bargaining agreements.
