I agree that Norwegian prisons are better, they focus more on reform than punishment. Rapists don't deserve them though, if they want to act like animals they deserve to be contained like animals.

Depending on what you mean by rape, I agree. I don't believe in most statutory rape laws. Only Minnesota does it right in America.
