I mean, clearly they are among us, UFO sightings, Bigfoot, ghosts, these are all just different interpretations of the same thing, demons. An interesting fact is that places where "paranormal sightings" occur there tends to be a lot more missing people, suicides, accidental deaths, and other such travesties. Clearly, and very obviously, these tragedies are caused by fallen angels.
So, what do we do about it? First of all, a demon can not take the soul of a believer, the holy spirit is in them, and they therefore cannot be overcome with the will of the demon, a demon can not harm someone who walks with God. It'd be like a burglar burgling a house with a home security system, or a mugger trying to mug someone who has a gun, bad idea.
Nextly, you must renounce, and get rid of all demonic influences. So, get rid of your Ouija Board, your Tarot cards, and your Satanic Bible, because all of these things are tools of the devil. Even if something isn't directly against God, and or for Lucifer, if it's against God's holy, unchanging, perfect word, THROW IT OUT!!!
Finally, engage with God, make time for him, do not pay attention to the demons, they are only looking to harm you, spend time with Jesus Christ, your Lord and Savior. Read his word, pray to him, go to church. Have a relationship with God, the stronger your relationship with God is, the better.
