I have these horrible constantly popping blisters on the top of my thigh and on my hip, I'm not sire why they happened. I think they could be friction burns from sex but otherwise I have no idea. its like patches of my skin have been worn off.

Do you have picture of one before you popped it? How long has this been happening? Does the discharge have an odor?

no sorry it just generally pops itself, it leaves behind a bag of thin translucent skin though so I think its blistering, it started hurting last Saturday but I think that was just the first time it popped and I had had a ...considerable... amount of sex in a short period of time by that point hence my friction hypothesis and I don't think it has an odor.

Where I work, people get very similar blisters like that from being exposed to plastic on briefs constantly. Next time that it pops, or even pop it yourself, please smell the liquid. If it has a foul odor see a doctor. Also you might want to put neosporin on them and after they heal, get a non friction creme, like what professional bicyclers use.

They are called cysts and are like pimples but bigger and can be reoccurring. They go away on their own, but you'll eventually get one again.
I think they come from heat, friction, and dampness. Shower more frequently when it's hot, stay dry, and don't pop them. Popping them can make them come back bigger next time. Just let them run their course.
Or it's aids. Either it's nothing or it's skin aids. So, don't worry either way. You'll either be fine or dead.

Kook made a good suggestion with the neosporin. If it's just from friction with a few applications of triple antibiotic ointment and no further irritation it should clear up in about 7 days.
