I'm sure I've heard of it before. Though, with only so many hours in a day I can't read every classical liberal magazine. I am reading their latest issue now and I regret not reading it before.
Also I really like The American Conservative magazine, I recommend checking it out if you haven't before.
Also, I agree with you about Mountainman. He pretty much ruined classical liberalism/libertarianism/paleoconservatism on the fora.
