My income has improved so yes I think that is cool. Over all growth is slow but its growth and its a great tyme to borrow money and make cold hard cash on cheep money.

And ya might revue the stock market curve pre and post first Obama election n see the curve. But hey if positive gain bugs ya?

Implying the Fed isn't already locked into keeping interest rates won't be near zero percent for the next decade to stabilize housing markets.

Ah well that experimental 1997 consumption tax jump, was was was just beyond stupid. Banks became suspect so people did a run on the banks n ripped out savings. I R no expert on fail of Japan and yes there are similarities to USA.

We have the Fed propping up economy and in Eu they have Germany keeping a few countries afloat. But Walter for some reason posted that USA people in general are worse off. Odd how that is not true for his Dad n biz his dad is in.
