I don't see why people think Satan is a bad guy. All he did was challenge god's authority. God seems like more of an egotistical cunt than loving. It seems like Satan justs wants us to be happy in this life.

If you're into that particular work of fiction, then yes it could be fun to analyse a character's motivations.
Also, why does god feed satan souls that he doesn't want? Seems more like a family business than anything.

Just guessing of course.
God once was pissed and did that Flood & used Noah for some degree of recovery.
That did not work out so well so God made Satan and is letting nature keep Satan in business.

Heaven sounds like a boring place and the least plausible afterlife. An eternity would be a long time and all you do is talk to some Jew? Reincarnation is a lot more understandable-as you could living a different life for eternity, and you wouldn't remember past ones.
