Yeah! I've read it cover to cover many times. There's two editions: the UK one, which has 21 chapters, and the US one which has 20 (the "extra" chapter of the UK one will bring either a sense of closure or disappointment, depending on your proclivities). Kubrick based the movie on the US version.
In recent years, only the 21 chapter version has been for sale in the US and UK. I'm sure it's also available in a torrent.

I did try to read the book. Had to do it in secondary school. All of the made-up slang made it kinda hard to get into though. Maybe now I'm an adult I'd enjoy it.
