A checkbox next to your topic means you can make it a SFW topic. There will be a general guideline, but it's basically school (any level) safe and work-safe.
It might be useful for introducing new users, like Toto's patients. Also, would be useful for public areas. There might be a guideline on what you can and cannot post, and images would be disabled in SFW topics. There would also be a SFW browsing mode coded in the url so that you can just have a ?sfw=1 after the url or a sfw. before to link the site to new people.
Sorry about the poor writing, I need to get back to work and just wanted to post this before I forgot.

If someone posted something that broke the rules, they'd be banned from SFW topics for a period of time and all their responses would be hidden in SFW mode.
Speaking of which, there could also be a radio selector allowing you to post images or NSFW posts in response to SFW topics.
