Diarrhea within an hour means chemical contamination, likely from somebody’s sloppy cleaning. They might not have wiped down with water, after using a detergent.
Diarrhea after 6–12 hours means bacterial contamination. This is commonly called food poisoning.

It's beans. The body can't digest certain sugars in legumes so the bacteria in your gut does. They digest it wrongly and produce gas. The massive air pressure builds and forces everything out.

False. The air pressure does not force everything out. Peristalsis moves the gas past the feces.
