Scatman is now violating the personal information harvesting clause of Dreamhost's acceptable use policy. He is also severely acting in contrary to US privacy laws by publishing, and facilitating the publication of material which is defamatory and constitutes an intrusion of solitude, contains public disclosure of private facts and describes my character in a false light. As Scatman is European, not American, he is afforded zero jurisdiction under the 1st amendment to the United States constitution, however he is under the jurisdiction of European laws such as the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, both of which he has also broken.
ScatMan is really a dumbass to think spreading slanderous, unprovable falsehoods online will do anything but make himself liable for a huge lawsuit. All of his posts (which have been documented and are currently being reviewed by a barrister on my behalf), patently originate from his administrators account on his forum. We have a clear case against him and clear evidence of damages incurred through defamation of character.
To summarize: Shithead ScatMan is now violating his webhosting contract, United States criminal law, European criminal law, and has made himself liable for literally countless civil judgements, which including solicitors fees will easily total >$10 million USD.

His damages would then be psychological, which is more difficult to prove. To prove direct, unambiguous commercial damages is much easier, methinks.
If he is intentionally unemployed and has been for a long time, there aren't going to be commercial losses that can be proven to come from libel.
I'd love to hear a more educated analysis, though! :)
