I think Green is lazy, and he would rather play Pokemon all day and collect welfare instead of working (then again, who wouldn't? If someone offered me free everything I'd probably take the money and just post on here and read books all day, it's just human nature).
That being said, I think Green really can't work, even if he wanted to. Look at how he tries to destroy himself (the cutting and drinking), destroys his apartment (lighting things on fire, smashing a TV and cups, knocking holes in the wall "twatting" his toilet, etc, etc, etc). Not only does he physically destroy his abode, but he goes above and beyond to get himself evicted. Need I even mention the anger problems and other behavioral issues? You two saw the thread where he posted his court documents and the letter from his landlord. The man is not right.

Also why should disabled people be homeless in a libertarian society? You and Anon J are implying that there would be no private charity. There are many charities in America (and presumably other countries too) which either provide work for the disabled, or support them financially. Are you saying these would vanish without government welfare?
HURR FREE MARKET GONNA SAVE US DURR is a gross oversimplification of my philosophy. And yes, I admit I do the same to mainstream politics and economics. The free market isn't perfect. It's based on human action and humans are inherently imperfect. The free market is, however, the best (though imperfect) way to manage scarce resources and provide goods and services.
If that makes me cruel then so be it.
