I've heard from a very reliable source that Jesus was in fact a time traveller from the future in an alternate reality. Jesus was actually a Mexican named 'Hazeus'. The original future he came from was devoid of moral structure and was dystopian. The rebellion of light knew what they needed to do, studying ancient scripts. They trained 'Hazeus' to be the savior of humanity. Using a time machine they managed to salvage; from the ruins of Atlantis; they sent Hazeus back 1600 years in the past. His moral teachings saved and guided humanity.
