No. People go there and they share how they are feeling. 'Oh, I took an overdose the other day'. It's making me feel worse. I mean, wth? My voluntary work is helping a hell of a lot more. I interact with public and staff. It's given me more confidence.

It has changed times to 9.00AM in the morning too. It's a 2 hour walk. My volunteering is at 9.30AM the same day. It's a 20 minute walk. I'm going to continue to volunteer instead.
