Anybody else play this? It's a seemingly simply rogue like spaceship management type game that's quite addictive, go pirate a copy and check it out.

Use "The Torus" ship, with all drones and weapons you can fuck some shit up. The main rebel ship you fight at the end has to be defeated 3 times, but it get weaker each time.
