It's fine, after she sacks a city new slavers move right back in after she leaves.
She'll figure it out though and stay in maureen and rule as a queen and learn how to command a kingdom.

Doesn't it also ruin the economy of Westeros?

No, slavery is unheard of and illegal in Westeros. Jorah Mormont was stripped of his titles and sentenced to death for selling poachers to slavers.

I was referring to trading. Export and import goods.

Westeros trades more often with the free cities than slaver's bay. The cities in slaver's bay generally only trade in slaves, so they do not interact with Westerosi. For example, in the latest book Daeneries is struggling to come up with an economy for Mereen. Apart from slaves, the only previous export was wine which is not popular because Mereenese grapes tend to give a bitter wine.
