I grew up in a place where guys on drugs tossing themselves off balconies was a regular practice. A few of them managed to land on children who happened to be enjoying the freedom of playing outside. In fact, one troubled guy enjoyed the "freedom" of shooting up an entire hallway with an uzi. That sucked for everyone involved. I'm sorry he wasn't neurotypical. I'm sure he was just feeling oppressed by the people who asked him not to be a careless shitface. But I suppose everyone should just "live free" regardless of the danger it poses to any innocent bystanders.

Just build a flamethrower - first thing I did when I got my own place. But did it sober and had filled the bath up with cold water in case it caught fire. It did, the barrel was made of toilet roll tubes - didn't have anything to insulate it with. But it was badass for a minute at least :) Dunno about here, but flamethrowers are perfectly legal in America
