One thing I hear is to try and mentally pin a nametag on them, if they have any distinguishing features that helps. Like, say you are talking to this girl with a huge rack, then you'd want to mentally pin her nametag on her chest, and hopefully you can manage to recall it the next time you see those magnificent orbs.

I imagine myself having sex with them and calling out to them by name in ecstasy. Even though sometimes it's not a pleasant imaginary experience, I'm incredible at remembering people's names.

I've never been that good with names. If you have a bunch of people whose names you need to remember, sometimes it helps to imagine talking with these people in your head, addressing them by name.
Or just picture their face and say their name over and over until it "sticks".

I've been told to look at them and say their name right after they've introduced themselves. Not sure if it works or not since I haven't had the opportunity to test it.

I connect their name with some kind of physical feature. We have a nurse named Candy who's tall, thin, and has a big round head. So I picture her as a lollipop
