My own Globalstars - On the 2nd launch the Up Down sensors were wired in reverse so the Satellites kept looking for the Sun and instead found it dark and kept looking until the Satellites spun super fast which means Solar cells could not charge - Software fix cleared that up by as you say reverse the polarity.
And then there was the Russian Launch of 12 of my Satellites all at the same tyme on a Russian Zenit rocket/converted Soviet ballistic missile.
Russian failed to fuel the 2nd Stage with Rocket Fuel
