I am really scared. My lawyer said I will probably get a fine or conditional discharge. I get a 33% reduction in my sentence because I pleaded guilty at the first opportunity. I am scared I may go to prison because I am too pretty.
Criminal damage. Shit. My landlord is coming round. I'm fucked. There is going to be fireworks tonight.

So you destroyed a window. Whatever. I've destroyed plenty of windows in my time. Tell them you were trying to minimize it. Tell them that you were confused by the new Metro theme. Everyone is. Just show the court Windows 8, and ask them to use it. They will understand.
