But it makes a valid point. A lot of Libertarians like to demomise the government, and argue that if it was extremely reduced or even effectively removed, most of society's problems would be fixed.
Then you've got Somalia, which demonstrates what can happen without a government organising and enforcing everything. Anarchy, chaos. A brutal and unsafe existence if you're not in a gang of some kind.
I see the argument as a way to remind more extreme Libertarians that they should take a more moderate view on the matter.
