I think that in 20 years they'll be bioengineering whole organs made-to-order from your own dna. Either that or some form of internal stem cell regeneration or whatnot. I read yesterday that there are doctors who have fixed severd spinal cords in rats and one day soon may be able to do head transplants. They actually already did transplant a monkey head to another monkey body and it worked, but they couldn't fix the spinal cord. Now they have a method along with a special glue and some chemicals that restore some functionality. In 20 years, maybe brain transplants will be on the horizon.
Anyway, I think I will live to be 300 or 400. Probably by then I'll be super bored, so I hope not longer than 500 years, max.

But who knows, maybe in 500 years I'll want to hit 3000.
