I think 7-8 is my limit. Luckily no one really expects a full 8 hours of work in the real world, there's a lot of fucking around in between.

Most I've ever worked is eight hours, pretty much constant except a quick drink of water at one point. Usually I have help with the rooms, but on that occasion I had to six changes (changing the bed as well as cleaning the room) on my own.
