Take a tip from your pal postmortem, don't get high off of nutmeg. When I was younger I used to be really into ways of getting high without having to go out and find a drug dealer because not only could I not afford drugs, I didn't have a car. Anyway, the onset is around 6 hours, and when it does finally kick in the high sucks, and if you take enough to hallucinate you should expect paranoid nightmares, not delightful fantasies ala LSD. You ever notice how there's not widespread abuse of nutmeg? That's because it sucks.

I've tried nutmeg (I do a lot of stupid shit) took ages to come on, music sounded better for a very short while, later on I heard a voice, then another. After that I literally felt like I was dying for 3 fucking days... I'd done a lot too and the effects weren't worth it, let alone the "I'm gonna die" for 3 days... man that shit CAN kill. I'd say don't do it.
