...which brand would you choose? I am just thinking ahead. When I open my restaurant next year, I will need a van or Jeep or similar to haul things, and it would not hurt to have lots of space in the back for GHOUL trips. Which brand do you think would be best?

It depends on your style.
If you're hippy, then http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkswagen_Transporter and while this may not sound serious, Scooby Doo did ghost hunting in it.
Or you could get a generic cargo van like they rent from Enterprise ( pictures on enterprise.com somewhere) and blacken the windows and fill it with electronics.
It depends on style really. But you only need a van if you can get a bunch of people to go with you. Up to five people can fit in most cars.

I'm the same on marriage. I hate when people marry young because it never works. If you want to get married it should mean that you truly want to be with that one person until one of you dies. If you don't want to get married than don't. Simple as that.
