I'm sure some of you know by now, I have beef with fedoras. Well, the truth is, I used to wear a fedora. I used to wear a fedora before they became mainstream. It was October 2010. And this is where the story begins...

I went to the underground market. They had a fedora there. 'That is a cool hat' I thought, so I bought it (it was my birthday and I had no friends). I wore that hat when I had my first girlfriend because I thought it made me look cool. You could say I was real then...

A few weeks after we broke up, I went on a drunken walk with gin, chardonnay and some other wine wearing my fedora and posting on Minichan. I lost my hat that night. And my phone.

It was over a year since I bought another fedora. I got it from the market place. I used to wear it with tracksuits and a leather jacket, which pissed my second girlfriend off. She used to hate me wearing the fedora.

So yeah. When I see a fedora, I see myself. What I used to be. I was a fedora wearing 240lb neckbeard and I had a girlfriend. I dislike fedoras because I dislike myself, or what I used to be which was more lucky than I am now.
