@previous (squeegee)Ah and I am 100% serious about this - If you ever make Stuffed Peppers try this instead of the boring Green Bell pepper - Do it with a Red pepper but even far more better is
Stuffing a Poblano - Ones here in California have not so much heat - Suspect yours come from New Mexico and they can have a LOT MORE Heat - But when you start eating at the bottom n work your way UP, Could get amazing - but honest the Poblano has so much more flavor and is sweeter then a Green Bell Pepper
