I do know there is a brain training game available in the eShop, it is focused on improving concentration mainly.

Also, the 3DS has a built in pedometer which rewards you with Play Coins every 100 steps you take. The coins can be used in different games for various things.

In Animal Crossing the play coins can be spent on fortune cookies that give you tickets which can be traded for special items.

Yup. It even records your steps taken in the activity log so you can keep track of how much you walk each day.
