1. They have a terrible ratio of faggotry to lulz
2. The lulz output are sharply diminishing rates of return
3. They bring out the most hateful posters who create and grow internal divisions
4. The aggressors don't know when to stop, and beat a dead horse way past the point of lulz
5. The aggressors produce very little OC and entertainment to others, and instead just appear to be kids fueled by butthurt and boredom
6. The aggressors are rarely interested in the truth, so endless bullshit is produced
7. Attempting to point out how wrong/dumb/tiresome/inaccurate something is becomes conflated into abetting "the enemy"
8. They're always a battle of anons versus namefags, and are structured like Mutually Assured Destruction—yet anons and namefags are the yin and yang (impossible to fully separate)
9. They result in crapflods, downtimes, greater hosting expenses, and TOS violations
10. The above properties ensure that the end result is always chan destruction
TL;DR: continuing and/or condoning chan-related conflicts is serious faggotry and ultimately self-destructive. Stop.

Perhaps given "Human Nature" is what it is - When behavior of a mass group of people remains the same for decades - from GetGo of Net till now - Then perhaps the drama and the list is a "Norm" and Genetic in Nature?
If one were to go to Wiki and look this up - One would find the subject covered by a mass of PhD thesis - published books (paper bound - ole technology) Honest good research - One famous one by a friend - Pages n pages of the "Y" this happens
Pages on how it affects Sysops/Mods lives as well - Can say there are several bottom lines including where this ends up playing out. Human nature does have a history and that Caveman banging someone over the haid 100,000 years ago does have something in common with George W Bush taking on Iraq.
