In the interest of paranormal research, I want to break into a cemetery tonight and film myself trying to communicate with spirits. The only problem is that this cemetery is on a major road, and I could get caught by cops. Should I risk being arrested, and possibly losing my new jobs, or should I risk it for the sake of the science?

First of all it's highly unlikely that you will even be noticed. Secondly it's even more unlikely that a cop will even stop on the rare chance he finds out you've entered the cemetery. And finally it's even less unlikely that he'll care enough to arrest you.
They're more concerned with writing traffic tickets or getting drug- or violence-related arrests; it looks better on paper.

Why not go during the day when it will be far less suspicious?
Do ghosts sleep during the day? Or are you relying on the whole poor human night vision thing so you can mistake shadows and such for ghosts? Also, why would they be in cemeteries? Wouldn't they be where they died? I don't understand ghost logic. None of it makes sense.

I think that, just like living people visit the graves of their loved ones, dead people could visit their own graves. I mean, if I were dead, I would at least occasionally go look at my grave I think. That does not mean that every cemetery is packed with ghosts, but I think it is a logical enough place to at least look.
