Of course, I drink a ton of water. It increases your metabolism, and dehydration causes tight muscles and cramps. You have to constantly stretch and drink water if you want to do any sort of running routine and not constantly feel sore.

What is your daily caloric intake?
Do you lift?
Which macronutrients make up the biggest part of your diet?
How fast do you run?

I just started a daily routine this week, so I'm not sure exactly how many calories I take in, but I'd say it's about 1,000 calories, 1,200 tops. It's mostly protein from fish or other seafood, chicken, and sometimes steak, protein shakes, weight loss shakes, a fiber bar for breakfast in the morning, a glass of milk, sometimes some cottage cheese, and lots of veggies.
I don't really do any lifting. At least not yet. Right now I'm just working on cardio and weight loss, and I've been doing a lot of push ups, pull ups, sit ups, stomach crunches, etc.
As far as "running" goes, it's really more of a jog and it's between 5 and 7 mph according the devices I'm on. Full sprinting I can break 20 mph.

Looks legit so far, but what are > weight loss shakes
?
I also believe that you're consuming more energy than you might think.
Lifting
* Prevents the occurrence of loose skin where there once was fat and
* Helps keep your metabolism active even while resting.
/wow, it even went through.

I had a reply back a bit re running beach and even 1 mile walk back - 10 total - BUT reason for 2Days' is - Ya all missed :Including eye: the Feeling Great part!!!!!!!!!!!
How do we spell Endorphin's? I cannot but Firefox can - AND AND that is the gist of why Walking lots or Running lots on a regular basis is a Super way of feeling great - I get two drugs natural daily - Endorphins and Adrenalin. That runners high is powerful wonderful - even more better you know that its good for you. Feels good - burns calories - keeps Pipes in body expanding - The Heart needs Arteries to assist the pumping - If you don't do hard core exercise which must be Aerobic and I need to review the rules for Aerobic but as I remember it - takes 10 mins of 80% or so max Heart rate to get to the start point of (it starts to do the body good) and at least 10 more minutes to be called legit Aerobic.
Otherwise the bodies pipes harden up - blood pressure rises - Brain blows a fuse - You end up Veggy or die -
So the Feels good is a freebee from get go - Then you see and feel the difference - No more inch to pinch at some point - You get the other advantage by cheating on occasion and knowing you can - More Orioles and one Mean Margarita after Jitterbug dancing last night -
So this AM Thesis pre my 9 miles Run on beach in a few minutes and one mile walk backwards (inside of thighs are getting real tight/firm/hard/ from that walking back - running dooooooon't do that at all -
Feels good is for REAL - Real fast before you lose one pound!!!!! Instant satisfactions/gratifications/

I wonder, how many pull-ups can you do in on set?
You might want to read [this] and [this] in case you are interested in practising bodyweight training in a more serious manner.

Weight loss shakes are like slimfast shakes, just generic ones I get at Costco. And tracking my calories I can honestly say that I keep it below 1200. I might be starving myself, but oh well. I ran track for 3 years and could never get the flab off my gut, and now I'm getting fed up with it. I don't look overweight at all to most people, but that's because I have the body type where all my fat goes to my belly, and it's the hardest to get rid of, so I'm pushing myself.

I just did 10. My arms could do more but my abs get worn out first. They're really sore right now.
