This is true, but remember that Obama ran on the idea of change (i.e., doing different things than Bush would have done). I really, honestly, cannot think of anything Obama has done differently than Bush would have done. You could argue Obamacare was "change" but remember that Obamacare was just Romneycare writ large.
Prism and the Patriot Act and Guantanamo Bay and the wars, etc were all started by Bush. Obama needs to man up, take responsibility and end them. Like he campaigned on doing.
