I was driving home from my friend's house last night, we had a little "congratulations on your first stand-up" soiree. I got a little bit drunk off of scotch, and a little bit high off of marijuana. Around 3am I started to drive home, still a bit inebriated, but I thought okay to drive.
My house is about 30 minutes away from my friend's house, and the majority of the drive went smoothly. I entered my neighborhood roads, and started speeding a little. It was a 30mph, I went about 50mph or so. Not too terribly fast, but I was breaking the law. Anyway I figured no one would be out this late, so it would be okay. But a kid ran in front of my car, I tried to stop, but couldn't, it was too late. I got out of my car, and he was bleeding, a lot, looked barely conscious, but he was alive. Looked about 6 years old.
I thought for a moment, and realized he saw me. In fear of going to prison, I got back in my car, and ran over hin again to make sure he was dead. When I got home I washed my car thoroughly, I also dented my car up more as to make sure it didn't match up with the kid or whatever.
I don't want to go to prison, please help.
