OK let's say (purely hypothetically) you ate a meatball sub that didn't agree with you and you woke up the next morning with severe stomach pain. You then get out of bed and make it to the public bathroom in your dorm without shitting all over the hall, but only by fractions of a second. So you sit down on the toilet and start to have really painful, hot, burning diarrhea but the pain in your stomach doesn't go away. Now you are sitting on a toilet filled with diarrhea and your stomach will not stop acting up. In fact, you realize that you have exactly three seconds to point your face into the toilet or you will vomit all over the stall. So now you are vomiting into a toilet filled with your diarrhea and of course smelling and seeing the diarrhea makes your vomit come out all the more forcefully. But wait, you weren't done with your diarrhea when you started vomiting, so now there is immense pressure on your sphincter to release the diarrhea while vomiting But of course you can't release or you will cover the stall with your feces. Anyway eventually you figure out the rhythm of puking and sphincter clenching and you finish vomiting, then you finish shitting and you take a shower and go to class. That's how I'd do it anyway, in theory.

I used to, when I was anemic. It felt awesome, not to mention all the school I missed out on. I also got to visit different hospitals around the world. I'd take that part of life back in a heartbeat, yo.
