I want my car to stop better, so I will paint my brake calipers. But what color?

Yes. Also, try to ensure a constant flow of water from the rear of your car. This will make your car much faster.

Yes, that saves all the wasted effort of cleaning it off. Why clean a bunch of dirt and road grime you're just gonna paint over anyway? I'm not going to remove wheels either, I'll just attach one of those narrow straw-shaped things to the can and paint the calipers through the wheel spokes, and then the brakes will shiny, new, and red. Same for the engine but green.

That's a fantastic idea! Under acceleration, the water will shift to the back of the car, putting weight on the rear (driving) wheels and improving grip during launch, then as the car gets up to speed, the water will drain out, reducing weight and increasing top speed!
