What kind of magical procedure? Here are my answers as per AD&D rules:
Polymorph? Yes.
Alter Self? Yes.
Wish? No. A wish can make you whatever you want.
Limited Wish? Mmmmmm. Okay. Fine.
Girdle of Femininity/Masculinity? Not really, but I'll respect your decision.

I have been thinking about that. (and cases of possession and Magic Jar spells as well) It would seem that these cases involve some entity which is psychically forced into another form that it doesn't usually inhabit. I would probably class these as transgendered, although there is some leeway for cases of spirits of one gender forced into a body of the same sex as that of the spirit's preferred gender.
