It went fine, but the weather was rather cloudy and rainy. Of course dad's Bimmer was in the shops (its favorite location) on the day I counted on it most, but I got to drive my mother's shitty Chrysler sedan instead. Turns out that my girlfriend and prom date really liked seeing the Chrysler 200 (her family probably works on the Chrysler assembly line where it is built). I am thankful the prom was indoors. We had our pictures taken and the prom was fun for the first couple of hours, but then it devolved into everyone twerking so my girlfriend and I left to see Ironman 3. We were almost hit not once, but twice on the way there. Stupid fucking drunk drivers/insurance defrauders trying to crash into me on the way to the theater.

Imagine the scene: You're walking down the chilly streets of Troy, MI. It's dusk, and slightly foggy. A repetitive thump starts bouncing around your skull, what is it? Where is it coming from? Out of nowhere, a car crashes into the wall only half a foot in front of you. You turn, horrified, but see twenty other cars driving and trying to hit the others for insurance payouts. It's almost a destruction derby. You flee. Upon turning the corner into an alleyway, the thumping becomes clear. Very clear. It's music. And, all alone in the alleyway, you see this: http://goo.gl/UU8tI
