99% of the peeps that were in that trailer park were holed up safe in a storm shelter. So all they have to do with the same real estate is build living space below ground.

Except YOU do not want people to bury dead bodies in back yards. People might dig a trench 6 inches deep to plant seeds to grow flowers or rutabagas, but you and I did not get digging skills worthy of 6 feet in school. For sure not in my back yard. One day my beach bluff will tumble down to the beach sand and them bones not so good on a public beach.
