Smoking and wide open eyes. Slightly tousled (but not too much) hair for that "I don't give a damn about your appearance standards" vibe. Postmortem is a rebel. Not only does he not care about his appearance (but this, itself, is ironic, because he genuinely cares about making it look like he doesn't care), he also flagrantly disregards the cancer warning on the pack. This act of rebellion and, eventually, self mortification sends a subtle "FUCK YOU" to society.
Look at the angle of the cigarette. It's held erect, perpendicular to the line of his arm, with the tip just inside the boundary of the frame. Someone who genuinely didn't care about their smoking would be highly unlikely to pose this way for the camera. The staged nature of the cigarette again speaks to the faux-disheveled image Postmortem projects. He is a rebel, like everyone else, and he works hard to not care. The fact that he spends so much time and effort to look like he spends none at all evinces a deeper meaning to the cultural zeitgeist. It proves that work is anti-work, that ultimately there is no meaning and we will all be dead in the end anyway.
