No, these are definitely small lacerations, not cracks in my skin. I've had cracks in my skin before, and I can tell the difference.

When I washed dishes I got tiny cuts in my hands too.
Try wearing gloves. Years later, I suspect one thing that could have caused it was the steel wool stuff we washed pots and pans with.
Another thing is just.. your hands are so damn raw after a while that I think cuts are going to appear when they otherwise wouldn't.
