It's not a hard as you'd think. You just have to steady your brush hand against something and you can paint reasonably precisely.

Not really. Basically, THQ got the license to make 40K video games from Games Workshop. THQ then had Relic (and in one case Iron Lore) actually develop the games. So THQ was the publisher.
