Ok so I playtested against my average casual Mono W angels deck. The red deck won 3-1 in a best of 5 match.
The good news is that it works pretty much how i planned, though the mana is a little too inconsistent for my liking (not much I can do about that though). The bad news is that I planned it to be a couple notches below being really good, because a playset of Vexing Devils and Goblin Guides and Lava Spikes would cost more than the deck I have already. Maybe I can just get them slowly so the hit isn't all at once.
