You can try resetting FF by: Firefox→ Help→ Troubleshooting Information and clicking the "reset Firefox" button.
Also, just about everything in FF is customizable, so you can choose what shows up in your right click menu. There's a plugin to do it, or you can do it manually by editing your userChrome.css file.

I don't know. I don't have the Chrome extension you posted, and I haven't installed the Firefox extension to test it. It looks similar and might be a place to start looking.
There are hundreds of dictionary extensions for Firefox. If you want it in a pop-up try this one
