I decided to fight a speeding ticket in the great state of Kentucky. Here is the short story. Driving in the slow lane two state troopers pass my BMW tailing each other in the fast lane. They slow down and proceed to pull behind me citing me for speeding. My first reaction is how did they even radar me, there is no way they physically could.Anywho a trooper took charge and asked me questions and said he would be back. He notified me that he was the officer who clocked me speeding. He left the scene and the other officer wrote me the ticket. I called the police to get the officers name but no one could find this officer.
Under the sixth Amendment i have a right to face my accuser. Most likely the cop who wrote the ticket will be in court. BUT if the other officer who "clocked me speeding" is not there, do i have a chance that my case would be thrown out?

Traffic Court is a Kangaroo Court and they perjure themselves in this court. You will only win if you go to traffic court and then appeal it to a real court.

They shouldn't be able to convict without the officer there. But if they both saw you speeding, I can't think of a reason why the officer writing the ticket wouldn't be enough.
Does your state require laser guns to be used anyway? Where I live, it's enough for a cop to be able to say that they were driving near you and could figure out your approximate speed, which either of the cops could in your case.

Yeah, unfortunately you are probably right. The cop who wrote the ticket may be enough. And also, i asked him if he clocked me with a radar he said yes.

Find out if you can get the cops vacation day or day off during the week. Then delay the trial until THAT Day. Worked for me. No cop showed up me win.
