I saw on my on-screen channel guide that a local channel of mine is showing a program called Battlecam.Com Late Night and Battlecam.Com Overnight which is basically just webcam discussions with an on-screen chat.
They also show the people who are currently on TV on their website with a delay.

I guess what this thing is, judging from an advertisement that just aired, is a way to make money. Some guy said he was going to pay YOU $10 for every minute you broadcast. He either means for every minute you broadcast on the website or for however long they broadcast you on the air.
