I have over the years taken tours UNDERGROUND of Disneyland. One hell of a technical complex. They buy the very best of electronics to run that operation.
Falco should look into a fort of some kind so he can live on premises. They made a movie about a girl who lived in a Wall Mart. He could get a movie deal out of it if he can pull it off long enough.
Everything he needs is there. Tapping into power n water wood be easy.
