I would appreciate it if you could try http://minichan.org/link/CQV3XGTI out. It should just show a list of things that were entered by people, and add to the list when you type in your own. Please verify that this works on all browsers and devices that you use.

I have observed exactly this behavior in both FF and Chrome.

first it displays a message that says "This page requires Javascript to run," then that disappears and the box and button appear, I type in the message and press send and the message disappears from the box, and then nothing happens, so I guess the problem is it doesn't show the list of submitted messages.

Assuming nothing shows in the list to begin with either? That is surprising, considering that part supports all the way down to IE 5.5 on the desktop. Also works fine on android and ios...

Excellent. I changed a few things around. Would you say it works well on WP7? Does it say it's loading forever? Is it somewhat speedy in adding/removing messages or has terrible lag?
